Payment and Delivery
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable. • Small Orders: Orders totaling less than $100.00 must be paid in full at the time of booking. • Final Balance: Remaining balances are due no later than two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event or delivery date. • Late Payments: Any balance not settled by the due date will incur a $50.00 weekly late fee until the balance is paid in full.
Changes and Adjustments
• Standard Changes: Requests to modify your order must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the event/delivery date. • Last-Minute Changes: Any modifications requested within one week of the event are subject to a $50.00 convenience fee per change, in addition to any price differences in materials or labor.
Inclement Weather & Site Readiness
•Weather Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule due to forecasted inclement weather with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the event/delivery time. Rescheduling is subject to Chancellor Designz’s availability. •Venue Readiness: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is ready for setup at the scheduled delivery time. This includes cleared paths, available space, and access to the setup area. •Furniture Setup: All tables and chairs provided by the venue or a third party must be in place prior to our scheduled setup start time. •Scope of Service: Chancellor Designz is not responsible for moving or arranging tables and chairs. This ensures our time is dedicated strictly to the design and décor for which you have contracted us. •Failed Setup: If we arrive and are unable to begin setup due to the venue not being ready or furniture not being in place, the setup time will not be extended, and no refunds will be issued for incomplete services. •Failed Delivery/Setup: If our team arrives for delivery or setup and is unable to complete the task due to active weather conditions or the venue not being ready, no refund will be issued and the order will not be eligible for rescheduling. Note: Our team reserves the right to refuse setup if weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain) pose a safety risk to our staff or equipment.
